MUSIHOVEN Indonesian Muslims in Eindhoven

Fortnightly Quran Study Session - 2 July 2022

Alhamdulillah, after quite some time, Musihoven is holding its fortnightly study session (pengajian) again. The session featured a talk by Haji Rosyid.

The theme he chose was “The most virtuous days in the sight of Allah SWT”.

Conclusions of this session:

  1. The most honoured months of the year are the 4 sacred months plus Ramadan.

  2. The best day with its night in the year is Eid al-Adha plus the day after (according to most scholars).

  3. The best night is Lailatul Qadr (according to most narrations in the last 10 nights of Ramadan).

  4. The most honoured day of the week is Friday.

  5. The best 10 days with their nights are the first 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah.
